According to The Trevor Project’s 2023 National Survey on LGBTQ Youth Mental Health: 41 percent of LGBTQ+ youth seriously considered attempting suicide in the past year. Over 70 percent experienced symptoms of anxiety, and more than 50 percent reported symptoms of depression. But these statistics don't reflect a lack of strength—they reflect the reality of living in a world that hasn't always been safe or accepting.
