Virtual DBT Skills Group
A 12-week group that teaches the 4 pillars of DBT—Mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Each group provides education, group discussion, live practice, and weekly assignments.

Time: Wednesdays 7-8 PM
Fee: $60 per group (sliding scale available)
Chronic Illness Support Group
Living with chronic illness is hard. Sometimes, all we want is a place to share our experience with others who really get it. This weekly support group provides a space for those living with chronic illness to connect, share their stories, and find support.
