EMDR Services
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by past experiences, despite your best efforts to move forward? I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma by blending EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. This integrative approach offers a compassionate, effective path toward lasting change, not just symptom relief.
What is EMDR?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps people heal from trauma and emotional distress. It uses bilateral stimulation, like eye movements or tapping, to support the brain’s natural ability to reprocess painful memories in a safe, structured way.
Rather than just talking about what happened, EMDR helps you shift how those memories live in your body and mind, so they feel less intense and less stuck. Over time, distressing memories, beliefs, and emotions can be transformed and replaced with a greater sense of clarity, calm, and resilience.
EMDR is effective for trauma, anxiety, phobias, and other stuck points, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for your system.
Why Integrate EMDR and IFS?
Together, these modalities allow us to access the deep emotional roots of distress while honoring your inner system’s wisdom and protective strategies. EMDR’s structured, research-backed method helps resolve traumatic memories. IFS offers a non-pathologizing framework to understand how different “parts” of you, like the inner critic, the perfectionist, or the people-pleaser, are trying to help. When combined, EMDR and IFS can unlock stuck patterns and help you feel more grounded, whole, and self-led.
Whether you're navigating complex trauma, anxiety, dissociation, or simply feel like you’ve “tried everything” and nothing sticks, this work can help you access profound and lasting internal transformation.
EMDR Intensives
I also offer EMDR intensives, a powerful option for clients seeking deeper healing in a shorter timeframe. Intensives are customized, extended sessions designed to accelerate progress, support system safety, and address complex trauma with care and precision.
Clients often tell me they feel truly seen and understood in this process, not rushed or judged. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to heal at the pace your system needs. Clients can choose their length of intensives ranging from 3 hours to multiple days depending on your needs.

Short-Term EMDR
Already have a therapist you love but feel stuck in a certain area? Sometimes a little extra support can make all the difference. I offer short-term EMDR services in collaboration with your existing therapist to help you work through specific stuck points, trauma memories, or overwhelming patterns. You’ll continue your ongoing work with your primary therapist, while I provide focused EMDR sessions as an added layer of support. This collaborative approach can help unlock deeper healing and support your overall progress.
